Prices, Order and Payment
The price payable for the products you order is that set out on our web site/advertisement at the time you place your order. The prices of the products that we display on our web site are subject to change without notice. All prices, where appropriate, are inclusive of any sales taxes, unless otherwise stated.
When you make an order on the Site your order will be subject to acceptance in accordance with this terms and conditions. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, unless you have provided an invalid email address or there is error in our server. Please note that the confirmation email is not a contract confirmation or order acceptance from us. A contract between you and us for the sale of our products will only exist once your order has been processed and dispatched.

We take payment online in a secure environment by debit or credit card. We currently use third party payment service provider(s) to process all online transactions by Paypal. Delivery and Refunds
We will deliver products in accordance with your order. We make every effort to deliver the products within the expected timetable, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to products supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
If you have notified us of a problem with the products, we will either replace any products that are damaged or defective upon delivery;or refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question in accordance with our Returns Policy. In any cases, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
If delivery of goods is not made at all, lost or not delivered within the time limit, then we will send you proof of postage for you the customer to seek compensation or an insurance claim with the courier/ postal service used.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Canada shipping via Canada Post Regular Parcel estimated delivery time 2-9 days. We can ship faster for additional fees, please email if you need it fast! Shipping within 48 hours of payment not including holidays and weekends.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide using INTERNATIONAL Parcel Air from Canada Post estimated delivery 6-10 business days to most international Destinations. We have no idea if you will or will not be billed for customs duty/tax once your item arrives. Please check your local office for delayed delivery, and duty/tax information. We ship within 2 business days of payment. Delayed delivery to your doorstep, if any, would be the result of your own customs/post office. IF by some chance your box is not received, you will only be reimbursed the cost of the item. IF you do not agree to the above terms, do not place an order.
Combined shipping: Combined shipping is available within Canada and the U.S. After the highest shipping fee, each additional shipping fee is 50% off. Please do not purchase more then 5 items at a time.
Some items are Pre-Orders or Back Orders and states in the website/advertisement . Custom working time about 25-30 working days will ship when item arrives. If you do not want to wait please do not place an order.
